Rockwood

As I write this I am looking out on a rushing river in the U.S. Rockies outside of Denver Colorado attending the year long Rockwood Leadership Institute. I am working here with a group of extraordinary Americans that's them in the pic) working on everything from grass roots community development to training progressive candidates to run for office. They all see themselves on the left side of the spectrum. It's been a great experience for me learning more about the more mainstream U.S. left.
The training leader Robert Gass leads a training called leadership from the inside out that works with people already in leadership positions teaching them to face the inner barriers to them be the most effective leader they can be.
